Is TRE® for you?

TRE® is a set of simple exercises that safely stimulate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating to release muscular tension in conjunction with calming down the nervous system. Built up stress hormones (such as adrenalin and cortisol) can leave you feeling frustrated, anxious, overwhelmed, numb, depressed and mentally or even physically ill. Trauma Release Exercises or TRE® can benefit us all and is a tool of self empowerment as it can be practiced at home once you’re familiar with the exercises. These exercises calm down the nervous system helping you to release stored stress and tension that accumulates in the body over time, increasing your resiliency and even working to balance your hormones. TRE® works very well in conjunction with other therapies and modalities that I offer.
